Refund policy

Non-sale item wallpaper and shower curtain purchases can be returned for a full refund, less shipping, within 30 days from delivery date as long as the product is in its original, unused, condition and is returned to us in the original packing, with all inserts and/or labels. We are unable to accept returns on wallpaper samples, opened rolls of wallpaper, or custom orders.

Returns are done online and can be initiated here. If you have any questions or issues about your return, please email us at support@hyggeandwest.com.

For international returns, please email us at support@hyggeandwest.com.

All costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Please pack the item well (additional packaging may be necessary). We are not responsible for lost packages or items that are damaged in return shipping.

If you received a gift, your gift will be refunded for a store credit or the amount will be applied to the purchaser’s credit card—we do not offer cash refunds on gift purchases.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are processed as a return and a new order must be placed for the exchanged items using the instant store credit code provided. In order to process a return please follow our return instructions above and then place a new order for the wallpaper you'd like to receive instead.

Sale items:
All sale items are FINAL and non-refundable.

Discount codes:
If a non-sale item is purchased with a discount code, it is returnable per the above policies.
