Disco Ball Punch Bowl from Prissyem
Recipe based on French 750 from Gather Around Cocktails by Aaron Goldfarb
• 1 750-milliliter bottle cognac
• 6 ounces fresh lemon juice
• 4 ounces simple syrup
• 2 750-milliliter bottles dry chilled champagne
• Lemon peel twists for garnish
In a punch bowl, combine cognac, lemon juice, simple syrup, and 1.25 cups of water. Chill in the refrigerator for an hour. Add champagne when ready to serve. Garnish each glass with a lemon twist. Sip and enjoy!
