Returns & Exchanges
Non-sale item wallpaper and pillow purchases can be returned for a full refund, less shipping, within 30 days from delivery date as long as product is in its original condition and is returned to us in the original packing, with all inserts or labels. We are unable to accept returns on samples or opened rolls of wallpaper. ALL removable tiles and ALL fabric orders are final sale. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return form with instructions prior to shipping the item back to us. Any order returned to the wrong address (i.e. the address not provided in the return form) will incur a $15 rerouting fee subtracted from the refund.
All costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Please pack the item well (additional packaging may be necessary) and insure it for the full amount—we recommend using UPS or FedEx so that the shipment can be tracked. We are not responsible for lost packages or items that are damaged in return shipping.
If you received a gift, your gift will be refunded for a store credit or the amount will be applied to the purchaser’s credit card—we do not offer cash refunds on gift purchases.
We do not offer traditional exchanges. Exchanges of wallpaper are processed as a return and a new order must be placed for the exchanged items. In order to process a return please follow our return instructions above and then place a new order for the wallpaper you'd like to receive instead.
All sale items are FINAL and non-refundable.
